Precision Rosin Press is packed with features. This press gives the operator control over every element of rosin production. Our custom Arduino controller allows you to not only set your length of press and your plate temperatures, but also the amount of pressure applied. As you press, watch a digital pressure read out showing you exactly how much force you are exerting on your material as you go. This is key, as controlling the amount pressure applied is very important for maximizing yields and preventing blowouts.

Body
We start our process with precision laser cutting of premium steel. All cuts are controlled with precise programming providing unmatched quality and precision. The structural components are precisely welded with our state of the art automated welding system. Once the press body is complete it goes in for powder coat paint and bakes in the oven, providing a durable and lasting finish. All components are manufactured in house at our ISO certified facility.
Pressure and Safety
The Precision Rosin Press is manufactured with CE and ISO standards and we take operational safety very seriously. Keeping in mind that Precision Rosin Press is a industrial hydraulic press that exerts 21.5 Tons (Calibrated to our ram diameter and plate size) of pressure and heats up to 300F, we implemented industry leading safety features. At 21.5T Pressure an alarm will go off indicating to stop pressing and that structural damage may occur if it increased pressure continues. The control panel will also notify users when plates reach desired temperatures and are ready for pressing.
Heating
The Precision Rosin Press is built to function with temperatures up to 300 °F, providing one of the highest max temps available on today’s market. The aluminum plates are coated with food grade material to prevent a natural blackening effect from occurring, while simultaneously increasing the heating plates life. Software will control the heating elements of each individual plate, and our state of the art algorithm will automatically adjust top and bottom plate temperatures by taking into account readings from both plates and outside physical changes that alter plate temperatures.
Controller
We wanted programming flexibility and the ability to upgrade a device for a longer shelf life. We decided to do away with pre-manufactured controllers and introduce an Arduino based controller to the Rosin Community. This USB updatable controller brings flexibility and innovative options to your production process. One of the new features is our timer is activated when a selected tonnage is reached. This will allow you to provide detailed instructions to your staff and they will be able to accurately reproduce all of the conditions (pressure, temperature and time) every time they press.
Rosin Press Return & Warranty Policy: No returns on any sales are permitted, the SHO Industries Precision Rosin Press comes with an extended three year warranty, which begins upon product delivery. During that time we will supply parts free of charge, for anything that breaks. If the press is damaged beyond repair and requires a return, we will cover the cost of shipping and send out a new machine.
