We have tried to list a few of the common questions we get here and hopefully we have answers to some of them here for you. If your question isn't here feel free to call us and ask we are here to help you the best we can.

 

Question:

What is the best trimmer?

Answer:

We will always give you are opinion of what we think will work right for you but always search online for the reviews others have left you're making a big investment and should always feel comfortable and informed, do your own due diligence searching Google, YouTube and Chat forums these outlets where people leave reviews good and bad are always the best when buying anything you’re not sure of.

Question:

Can I ship to a PO box?

Answer:

Most of our trimmers are too large for a po box but some of the units can be shipped we suggest you call us first. Few of the units that can go to a PO BOX are the Trim Reaper, 2 and 1 Trimmers. Call for others first.

Question:

My shipping address is different than my billing address?

Answer:

For security reasons we will only ship to the address your credit card is associated with. You can however call your bank and add the address you like to have the trimmer shipped to temporarily then place an order.

Question:

I ordered a trimmer and expected it Monday and its now Wednesday.

Answer:

We supply tracking with every order. We try and give the best estimates on arrival dates, but once the unit is in transit we have no control over the times or delays. We offer free shipping on all our trimmers to the lower 48 states, if you need the trimmer next day or 2nd day you will have to call us and pay for this extra service. Some of these units will be shipped freight and this is usually longer than typical UPS or FEDEX.

Question:

Are there others methods of payment besides credit card?

Answer:

You can contact us to do a direct bank wire transfer, or if your local pay cash. We do not accept checks or money orders.

Question:

I placed an order but your online system keeps declining my credit card can I call you and place the order?

Answer:

You can call us but we use the same system to manually process your credit card as the cart does so if you are being declined its either your address and zip don’t match or you are limited on funds. If it’s being declined on the cart it will still be declined if you call us direct. Best way to resolve this is to call your bank, our cart system is set to decline all orders where the address does not match where you are trying to have the item shipped to. It must be shipped to the same place the bill goes to on the credit card. You can call your bank and have them add the address you like to use then change it once you make your purchase. We can not call your bank and make any adjustments to your billing info.

Question:

We see you only offer shipping to USA and CANADA will you ship to other parts of the world?

Answer:

We will ship worldwide under these few conditions. You will have to pay by bank wire transfer once funds have totally been cleared through our bank and verified will the trimmer be shipped out . You will accept all risks on customs in your country we will not be liable for customs hold or any other custom related issues. Because of the weight and size of most trimmers the shipping cost will seem outrageous but we only give you quotes given to us via the carrier we do not mark up any shipping cost. International Buyers:Import duties, taxes, charges and brokerage fees (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying to determine what the costs will be, and to ensure the item you are purchasing is legal in your country.
