About the bags:
Included are 200 screen bags (50 pack each of 160, 90, 37 and 25 micron bags). Our bags are 2 inches x 4.5 inches, 100% nylon, inside-out stitching, dye-free, food-grade and rated to 430ºF/220ºC.

About the Press:
Both custom pre-presses are sized to fit our 2″ screen bags. The molds are a simple yet effective method of quickly condensing material into a uniform shape before pressing. These tools will not only save you time but will help you achieve more uniform results.

Pre-Press Dimensions:
Large: 1.5 inches x 3.25 inches x 2 inches deep
Round: 1.125 inches diameter x 2 inches deep

These dimensions are the size of the inside of the mold. The thickness of the resulting form depends on the amount of material added, but you have 2 inches of depth to work with. For best results we recommend between 15-30g of material for the Large Pre-Press and 1-5g for the Round.

About the paper:
The papers are made with double sided silicone coated genuine vegetable parchment, FDA approved and cut to fit inside our pre-presses. They will keep material from sticking to the metal surfaces of the mold, speeding up processing and cleanup.
