CureCork™ helps to monitor the relative humidity levels during the curing/airing process in jars, buckets or other containers. Levels over 70%  can produce mold on herbs such as dill, oregano and rosemary. By keeping humidity levels in check, the possibility of mold and over-drying is eliminated.

✓  Monitors Temperature

When curing herbs & spices, staying within ideal temperature ranges is absolutely essential. CureCork™ is completely programmable and helps to monitor the temperature inside your jar or container so that your herbs cure properly.

✓  Automated “Burping”

CureCork™ monitors the moisture levels within your jars and containers. When the humidity levels reach your programmed level, the cork will automatically “pop”, ensuring that your herbs are able to breathe at the ideal moment.
