Rosin PrePress mold – designed to fit material into our 2″ nylon screen bags.

Product Description

These custom pre-presses are sized to fit our 2″ screen bags. This mold is a simple yet effective method of quickly condensing your material for easy insertion into the bags before pressing. You will get a perfectly sized slab to fit inside the bag. This tool will not only save you time but will help you achieve more uniform results.

Dimensions: 1.5 inches X 3.25 inches (2 inches deep)

These dimensions are the size of the inside of the mold. The thickness of the brick depends on the amount of material added, but you have 2 inches of depth to work with. For best results we recommend between 15-30g of material.

Recommended bag size: 2 inches x 4.5 inches

About the bags:
Our nylon screen bags are 2 inches x 4.5 inches, inside-out stitching, dye-free, food-grade and rated to 430ºF/220ºC.

About the paper:
The papers are made with double sided silicone coated genuine vegetable parchment, FDA approved and cut to fit inside our pre-presses. They will keep material from sticking to the metal surfaces of the mold, speeding up processing and cleanup.
